Account Success Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Account Success Coordinator will provide proactive account support to the Account Management Team through reporting, analytics, and projects. This position is a temporary, 3-month assignment. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Account Management team in supporting client needs
  • Create Account Business Reviews
  • Conduct Admin and User training for Global Support Teams
  • Perform audits for quality
  • Create daily status reports to be shared with Senior Leaders
  • Report on client account data
  • Identify root causes of issues
  • Analyze and interpret information received using deductive and inductive reasoning skills to determine the best solution and follow through to completion
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and positions within the company on the resolution of requests
  • Assist with account research


  • High school degree or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or similar field preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills required
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills required
  • Previous experience with proprietary systems, Visio, and CRM systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure on time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and responsive to client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to convey technical solutions in everyday language
  • Exceptional relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent teaching skills
  • Ability to receive feedback and make appropriate changes
